Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Jun 05, 2018Amanda Stone
Made with only 5 ingredients, making these energy bites couldn't be any easier. And best of all you never even have to turn on the oven. Consisting of peanut butter, old fashioned oats, flax seed, honey and chocolate chips, this simple treat is loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats to keep you full and loaded with energy throughout the day. Just combine everything in one bowl.
It may be hard to believe these Energy Bites are healthy. After all they taste more like dessert than a healthy protein bite. They are the perfect mix between a granola bar and cookie dough. Great to curb the afternoon munchies and or as a on the go snack.
You can even freeze these Peanut Butter Bites if you don’t eat them all within a week.
