Honey Vinaigrette

Fresh food is easily one of the highlights of summer. And salad is a staple at every meal because it’s healthy, light & easy. Add our yummy dressing & you’ll elevate your salad to the next level.
We used our new Organic Honey. This honey is made in the tropical rain forests of Brazil. It’s raw & unfiltered which means you get to savor its purest form directly from the hive.
This homemade vinaigrette boasts flavor & simplicity that can’t be beat. Homemade dressing is the best because you can make it exactly how you like it. And there’s no added ingredients. Plus you can save any leftovers & use them later.
Ingredients:
1/8 c Vinegar
2 Tsp Rocky Mountain Organic Honey
1/2 c Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth & mixed together well. You could also add all ingredients together in a jar & shake until mixed.
Toss onto your favorite green salad. We love strawberries, blueberries, & slivered almonds with mixed greens. You could use apples, grapes, pecans or whatever you like.
Dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
