Did you know?
Most organic honey, like that from Brazil, tends to have a lot of pollen in it. This means that it hasn’t been ultra-pasteurized and will actually provide nutrition to you. Brazil hosts the largest production of organic honey in the world. In order to produce organic honey, bees need access to swaths of land that haven't been treated with pesticides—and that is increasingly hard to find.
