Honey & Lemon Roasted Asparagus

Move over boring steamed asparagus, this Lemon Honey Roasted Asparagus is taking over. This sweet & citrusy side dish is the perfect addition to any dinner. 🍯🍋
Honey & Lemon Roasted Asparagus 
1 lb Fresh Asparagus, washed & trimmed
1 Tbs Oil
1 1/2 Tsp Rocky Mountain Honey
2 Tsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 
Salt & Pepper to taste. 
Heat oven to 400*. Spread asparagus onto cookie sheet. Drizzle oil & evenly spread. Cook for 25 min. Remove from oven. Add honey, lemon & salt. 
Cook for 5 more min. Remove from pan and display on serving platter. Add a dash of pepper & lemon to garnish. Serve immediately.
