RETURNS
Rocky Mountain Honey return policy covers 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your product was delivered, refunds and exchanges are not available. Rocky Mountain Honey return policy only covers items bought on rockymountainhoney.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your product arrives damaged, we require photographs within 48 hours in order to disclose damages to the shipping companies we work with.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Unless the package was damaged you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Rocky Mountain Honey Co. return address. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
