Peanut Butter Honey Cookies

We needed a little chocolate fix & these peanut butter cookies hit the spot. Using our honey instead of sugar makes them even better. Happy weekend!!

Peanut Butter Honey Cookies:
1 c Peanut Butter
1 c Rocky Mountain Honey
1 Egg
2 c Flour
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Chocolate Chips

Heat oven to 350*. Mix honey & peanut butter together well. Add egg & flour etc & mix until dough is formed. Shape into small balls & drop onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Honey burns easier than regular sugar so watch them closely. Remove from oven and cool on rack. Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.

So rather then serving your family those pre-made mixes why not try this simple and delicious, Homemade Lemonade recipe.
